With over 15+ years of experience as a servant leader and a small business owner, Dhruvi understands the significance of cutting costs to take a business to the next level. With her leadership experience, she brings a new wave of ease in increasing profits for small business owners. Applying her education and knowledge in Human Communications Studies, she has been employed by fortune 500 companies while running several profitable small businesses from the ground up.

Dhruvi believes that for small businesses to make a profit, they must be provided with better options to cut costs and hire high quality resources. Small businesses should not have to be stuck with an either-or option. With Resource Extension, now businesses can grow locally while having the option to hire globally. Dhruvi has been a speaker elementary school. She loves inspiring women and youth to reach their potential and break the glass ceiling. She is a proud member of the Girl’s Inc of Orange County, Women for Girls and a board member for Project Healthy Minds. She loves spending quality time with her 2 strong minded daughters. She enjoys listening to audio books and dancing to Bollywood music.
